Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Commercial Finance Manager to support business decision-making through financial insights and commercial analysis. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitability, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and commercial support to business units to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
  • Support contract negotiations and assess financial implications of commercial deals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/TFRS), and company policies.
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to enhance reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems (e.g., ERP, Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles from FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
