Role Overview

The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees financial and accounting operations across global entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective cash management. This role partners with senior leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and continuous process improvement while leading cross-functional coordination across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business performance.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee ERP enhancement and process improvements for reporting efficiency.
  • Manage tax, audit, and regulatory compliance across all entities.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations.
  • Maintain banking relationships and oversee payment processes.
  • Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risk.
  • Lead and develop finance and accounting teams across multiple branches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA certification or audit background is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting management within manufacturing or global operations.
  • Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills with a global mindset.
