About the Strategy and Partner Management Office Department (PMO):

The Strategy and Project Management Office (PMO) is a dynamic team encompassing two core functions: Strategy and Global Partnerships Team. The Strategy function focuses on crafting and executing corporate strategic plans to drive growth and strengthen the company's competitive positioning. Global Partnerships Team is responsible for acquiring strategic partnerships while managing operations with global partners. Together, these functions work in unison to advance the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee franchise partners' end to end inventory management, including monthly purchasing cycles, track production lead times, provide regular updates on production-ready dates, and ensure timely handover of orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Pomelo's branding assets, marketing launch packs, and other materials essential for collection and campaign launches across online and offline channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise partners' online and offline campaigns, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Analyze franchisee performance, assisting in data-driven assessments of sales and marketing initiatives to identify opportunities to elevate the business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and be a key account manager for franchise partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues by working closely with internal teams to address partner needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and collaborate with partners to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and ensure healthy P&L statements.
Who are we looking for?
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Key Account Management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordinating across teams.
  • Analytical mindset and skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with logical thinking process and passion for fashion and business
  • Good skill in task prioritization and managing deliveries in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, G-Suite, or other analytical tools, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and processes, including campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – native or fluent proficiency in English
