Job Description

Live Streamer – Jewelry Company

The Live Streamer is responsible for presenting and promoting jewelry products through live online broadcasts. This role focuses on engaging viewers, explaining product details, responding to customer inquiries in real time, and supporting online sales. The position requires confidence on camera, strong communication skills, and good product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities

  • Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada, JVF
  • Present jewelry products clearly, including design, weight, material, purity, gemstone details, and pricing
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage engagement during live shows
  • Promote new arrivals, offers, and special collections
  • Ensure jewelry items are clean, well-displayed, and camera-ready
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to prepare items for the live session
  • Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a positive attitude on camera
  • Guide viewers through the ordering or inquiry process
  • Assist with recording product videos, reels, or promotional content
  • Track live performance metrics (views, comments, conversions) and share feedback.

· Help maintain the live studio setup, lighting, and equipment

Qualifications:

· Thai National, Thai Indian or Burmese

· Experience in live streaming, sales, or customer service is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Good command of English or Thai is an advantage.

· Responsible, well-organised, and good interpersonal skills.

· Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.

· Basic knowledge of jewelry or willingness to learn.

· Ability to engage viewers and maintain high energy during live sessions.

· Creative mindset for online content and product presentation.
