Jewelry Designer

About Us:

Barse Jewelry/ M & C Phoenix is an established jewelry brand/factory specializing in genuine stone designs. We manufacture high-quality pieces in Thailand for customers worldwide. We are seeking a Jewelry Designer with strong CAD skills and a deep understanding of jewelry manufacturing to join our product development team at our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help our team design new, beautiful products for manufacturing and see your art come to life and to the marketplace.
• Collaborate with and take direction from our US product development team from design conception to completed product.
• Create 3D CAD models for jewelry pieces.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings and specifications for mold making and production.
• Help our CEO with spec sheets for our customers.
• Collaborate with factory teams (casters, polishers, stone setters) to ensure designs are production-ready.
• Adapt and modify designs to fit different stone sizes and shapes.
• Work with management to develop new collections and product lines.
• Assist in prototype evaluation and make adjustments for production efficiency.
• Maintain organized digital files for all designs and molds.

Requirements:

• Proficient in jewelry CAD software (Rhino, MatrixGold, or similar).
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, especially lost-wax casting.
• Knowledge of gemstone settings, tolerances, and production constraints.
• Ability to create precise technical drawings and 3D files ready for mold making.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site at our factory but also can work remotely sometimes depending on what we are working on.
• Must be fluent in English and Thai.
