About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic finance leader to join our organization (Life Insurance) as an Assistant Chief Financial Officer – Finance & Accounting (EVP Level). This role is based in Bangkok and plays a key role in shaping and executing the organization's financial and accounting strategies, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and overall oversight of finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of financial controls and enterprise risk management frameworks
  • Mentor, develop, and manage the finance and accounting team to build a high-performing organization
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in senior finance or accounting roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong track record in financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required
