We are conducting a confidential search for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to lead a small finance team, oversee cash flow, credit control, and financial reporting, and partner closely with Sales & Marketing to support business growth.
Detailed Job Description- Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee cash flow planning, credit control, and collection activities to ensure healthy liquidity.
- Act as a business partner to Sales & Marketing, providing financial insights on pricing and profitability to support commercial decisions.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a small finance team while maintaining accurate records within the ERP system (Express).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 8-10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on leadership style, comfortable managing both operational activities and strategic financial responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, credit control, and financial reporting (P&L, budgeting, and forecasting).
- Fluent in English, with experience working in an international or non-Thai customer environment.
- Preferably experienced in real estate development / CDD / B2C business, and familiarity with Express ERP is an advantage.
