Job descriptions:
- Developing business strategies aligned with both short- and long-term goals, leading a high-performing sales team, and working closely with the CEO to drive sustainable profitability and business growth.
- Drive sales activities, especially with media agencies, to expand opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve engagement and performance
- Make strategic decisions to grow the business and increase profitability
- Build strong relationships with key partners and act as the main contact for major stakeholders
- Analyze issues and provide solutions to ensure business continuity and growth
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to guide strategy
Job requirements:
- 7+ years experience of Ads product/solution sales or have worked for a digital marketing agency
- Own strong network within the media agencies is MUST.
- New client development is MUST.
- 1+ year experience as sales manager
- Good command with English
- Familiar with Martech, Advertising Technology, or Programmatic display
- You will get the incentives on your sales performance.
Working condition: Onsite 100% from Monday-Friday at Able to be flexible on cases)
