Basic InformationPosition: Enterprise Business DevelopmentLocation: BTS Phrom PhongWorking Hour: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM to 6 PM (Hybrid)About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Enterprise Business Development (B2B Sales Hunter) who already has strong connections with large corporate clients and can open doors quickly.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, targeting top-tier enterprises, and selling high-value payment and digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow a new Enterprise sales pipelineLeverage existing connections to reach C-level, Director, and key Decision MakersExecute connection-based selling and consultative solution sellingPresent and pitch company products (Payment Gateway, Wallet, Digital Payments, etc.) confidentlyCoordinate with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboardingMaintain a minimum pipeline of >2,000 MB/monthConduct 5–8 client meetings per week, including discovery, requirement gathering, and follow-upsQualifications1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Fintech / Payment / Tech background is a plus)Proven connections with large enterprise clients, such as: Retail chains, hotel groups, F&B chains, travel platforms, e-commerce companies, logistics, healthcare, real estate, etc.Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders without depending on full internal introductionsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHunter mindset — proactive, confident, and results-drivenGood understanding of pipeline management and enterprise sales cyclesGood command of English skills.
