  • Provide customer service after system installation (troubleshoot and collaborate with team for improvements)
  • Apply information technology to business planning and offer consultancy services

Qualification:

  • Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ages 28–35 years.
  • Proficient in IT systems and networks.
  • Understanding of Web Server, Database Server, and basic website languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint
  • Special consideration for experience in developing RPA and macro automation systems
  • Possession of a driver's license and willingness to work in other provinces occasionally.
  • Minimum TOEIC score: 550
