Qualifications & Skills
- We're proud to support young talent and welcome fresh graduates.
- Bachelor's degree, Vocational Certificate (ปวส), or higher.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong documentation and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international customers by email about warranty claims and after-sales support.
- Help keep customers happy by quickly and politely answering their questions or solving their problems.
- Look into product or service issues, find out what's wrong, suggest solutions, and make sure the problem gets fixed.
- Work with suppliers and other teams in the company to solve daily problems.
- Make sure all data entered into the system is correct and up to date.
- Enter and manage information related to claims to help solve issues faster.
- Handle compensation claims and keep clear financial records.
- Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 3 days remote (after the 3 months probation period) 6 days/week: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
