Responsibilities
  • You will work for a successful launch of our in-house products and services.
  • You will lead the products to make them meets product vision and business requirements.
  • You will define product roadmaps and develop customer journey mapping.
  • You will define user stories, product features and releases.
  • You will manage and prioritize backlogs and development iteration with the agile team.
  • You will continually improve development process and flexibly adapt to changes.
  • You will continually find opportunities and risks for the products based on analytics and data-informed decision.
  • You will manage client projects from time to time.
  • You are expected to be proactive and self-reliance on problem-solving and creatively initiate new ideas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product owner, project manager or related field.
  • Able to translate your knowledge and experience into user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong personal presence. You can communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of situations.
  • Passionate about user experience with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Proven track-record of shipping high-quality digital products that drive business results is a plus.
  • Excellence resources management and planning skills with high adaptability to changing environments both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Can-do attitude and strong insight gathering skill.
  • Good understanding of software development process.
  • Strong passion to be Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Owner.
