An experienced architect with a passion for Architectural Design.

We are seeking a talented architect to collaborate on various kinds of projects. Enjoy working but focus, detail-oriented, creative, and skilled in the latest design software.

Responsibilities:

Position: Architect (3-5 Years Experience)

• Develop architectural design from concept through to detailed working drawings and submission documents
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout all project phases
• Manage assigned tasks with efficiency and accountability within project timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in design development, construction documentation, and permit submission processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in a variety of building types will be an advantage
