Fast-growing online ecommerce is looking for a hands-on creative lead to own our visual direction and content across product photos, lifestyle shoots, website banners, marketplace images, and social media. You will lead an existing team (photographer, designer, social staff), set the standards, and make sure we follow a tight, consistent production schedule.


What You'll Do

· Trend & competitor research

o    Regularly review competitor listings and websites to keep our styling, compositions, and layouts up to date.

o    Track social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and turn them into concrete content ideas and formats.

· Creative direction & planning

o    Define and maintain the brand's visual identity (style, mood, color, composition, typography).

o    Plan daily/weekly/monthly content and campaign themes for website, marketplaces, and social channels.

o    Create detailed shot lists and storyboards for product and lifestyle shoots.

· Shoot & design oversight

o    Direct the photographer during shoots (angles, lighting, props, model poses, backgrounds).

o    Use your knowledge of photography and Photoshop/retouching to critique work and guide improvements.

o    Oversee website banners, PDP image stacks, and marketplace images, ensuring they are clear, commercial, and on-brand.

· Performance & ads

o    Develop and iterate display and social ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.) together with performance marketers.

o    Review performance data (CTR, ROAS, conversion, engagement) and continuously improve creatives.

· Process & deadlines

o    Build simple templates, checklists, and guidelines so the team can execute independently.

o    Ensure all content (photos, banners, social posts, ads) is delivered on time according to a tight production calendar.


What We're Looking For

· years in creative roles for e-commerce / fashion / jewelry / beauty / lifestyle brands.

· Strong portfolio showing:

o    Product and lifestyle photography direction

o    Website banners / landing pages

o    Social and ad creatives (Meta/Google or similar)

· Proven experience leading and critiquing photographers and designers (not just doing design alone).

Comfort with trend and competitor research and turning findings into content ideas.
