Creative Producer

Responsibilities:

Development & IP Acquisition

• Identify and evaluate potential IP opportunities suitable for adaptation into WeTV Original Series.
• Develop and present concepts and production proposals with clear frameworks/models and budget plans for management approval.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, directors, and creative teams to develop compelling storytelling ideas aligned with WeTV's strategy and audience preferences.
• Ensure that the creative direction, mood, and tone align with WeTV's brand identity and content positioning.

Production Management

• Oversee end-to-end production processes, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
• Manage production budgets and expenses efficiently, ensuring alignment with financial goals and cost controls.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (content, marketing, artist management, commercial legal, etc.) and external production partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Supervise on-site production activities, ensuring quality standards, creative integrity, and technical accuracy.

Quality Control & Project Delivery

• Act as producer, controller, and quality auditor for all Original Series and related projects.
• Monitor production progress to ensure deliverables meet WeTV's requirements and creative expectations.
• Review and validate scripts, rough cuts, and final edits to ensure quality and alignment with approved concepts.
• Identify and resolve production-related challenges efficiently to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with production houses, creative agencies, and industry professionals to strengthen WeTV's content network.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align creative direction, production goals, and release timelines.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure original content meets audience demand and drives platform growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Film, Media, Communication, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in TV, film, or digital content production, with hands-on experience managing creative or production teams.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and technical requirements, with an existing network in the entertainment industry preferred.
• Ability to write, review, and validate scripts with strong storytelling sense.
• Creative and imaginative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in Thai and English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
