Review, analyze, design, customize, and develop ERP applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to support end-to-end business operations across a fabless semiconductor workflow. This role will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and external solution partners to enhance system performance, streamline business processes, and ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

ERP Development & Customization

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system design specifications, workflows, and technical solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) using AL, extensions, integrations, and APIs.
  • Build and maintain system interfaces between ERP and external platforms such as supply chain systems, foundry/vendor portals, finance solutions, and BI systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and validation of standards and compliance.

System Analysis & Design

  • Review and document current business workflows (procurement, supply chain, finance, inventory control, logistics, sales order management, engineering change management).
  • Identify gaps, enhancements, and opportunities for optimization or automation.
  • Evaluate new technologies, modules, and plugins that improve operational capability.

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide Level-2 and Level-3 application support to internal system users.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues, manage change requests, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain version control, change logs, documentation, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with third-party implementation vendors and technical consultants.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP development, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or supply chain-driven organization is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, extensions, and configuration packages.
  • Experience in web services, API integration (REST/OData), Power Platform, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and version control is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, reporting, and BI dashboards is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business units, engineers, and operations teams.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of fabless semiconductor workflow: Design Tape-out Foundry/Assembly/Test- Logistics.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, costing, and inventory traceability.
  • Experience using Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps.
