Job Description

  • Lead the development and optimisation of enterprise business systems to align with company goals.
  • Oversee the integration of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or changes as needed.
  • Develop and manage budgets for business systems projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of ERP (SAP FICO) should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level business systems in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration and optimisation.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring technology teams.
  • Ability to manage budgets and oversee complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements within the industry.
  • A relevant educational background in technology or a related field.
