Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support the company's ERP system (e.g., Oracle ERP) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to ERP systems, Oracle databases, and related applications.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure system alignment with business processes.
  • Improve and enhance system functionalities (Enhancements) and recommend solutions to optimize business workflows.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and prepare related documentation such as workflows and specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for issue resolution and system development.
  • Manage and track application-related projects, including new feature implementation and system upgrades.
  • Monitor issues, follow up on progress, and prepare reports for management.
  • Provide support for IT tasks related to business applications.
Qualifications
  • Age between 30-45 years old
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Application/ERP support
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or others
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Database is a plus
  • Good understanding of key business processes such as Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Production, or Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills with users and vendors
  • Able to communicate in English at a functional level
