The Job Description:

As a PR & Communications Manager, you will join a dynamic team to craft and execute marketing communication campaigns for luxury lifestyle clients. Your role will be pivotal in covering a broad spectrum of industries including fashion, high-end watches, fine jewelry, beauty, and hospitality.

The job scope will cover all relevant planning and implementation work required for the delivery of a complete range of marketing communications activities undertaken by the team that includes Public Relations, Celebrities and KOL management, Content Creation, Advertising, Samples Management, Events Planning and Media Monitoring. In addition, he/she will also be responsible for maintaining and cultivating enduring relationships with clients and media.

You will lead in the PR team through planning and implementation of a diverse range of marketing communication activities. In this lead role, you will help maintain and cultivate a strong team consist of senior communication executive and communication executives.

Responsibilities:

1.    Strategy and Campaign Development:

o  Develop and implement
innovative marketing communication strategies
, including planning and executing social media campaigns, crafting or overseeing the creation of compelling content, and managing postings across platforms.

o  Assist in planning content, executing strategies, managing
samples for product loans/photoshoots
, and organizing promotional events such as press conferences and exhibitions.

o  Contribute to
content creation
for The Bureau of Wonders' platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to enhance brand presence.

o  Monitor and analyze
competitor activities
, providing updates and insights to the team on a monthly basis.

o  Write and translate
press releases
to align with client messaging and ensure consistency across communication channels.

2.    Project and Event Management

o  Oversee
project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
to ensure smooth and timely execution.

o  Lead the planning and execution of
press events
, including celebrity and influencer engagement.

o  Manage and coordinate
samples
for celebrities, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.

3.    Reporting and Analysis

o  Monitor campaign performance, provide
detailed reports to clients
, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.

o  Achieve
KPIs and deliverables
set by the brand/company, and provide detailed reports on PR coverage, including comprehensive media analysis.

4.    Leadership and Team Development

o  Lead, mentor, and manage the
PR team
, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

o  Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members to
support their professional growth
and development.

o  Groom and develop subordinates to become
future leaders
within the company, creating a culture of leadership and collaboration.

5.    Special Projects and Miscellaneous

and other tasks as requested, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

Requirements:

·      A diploma or degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or Mass Communications.

·      At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in PR & Communications Manager role, with a preference for those with agency or luxury lifestyle industry experience.

·      An established network in the lifestyle, fashion, and/or high-end watches and jewelry media is beneficial.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

·      Highly organized with the capability to multitask efficiently.

·      Resilient and independent, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·      A motivated self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude.

·      A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Offices: Excel, Powerpoint, One Drive, Outlook email.

·      Fluency in both Thai and English, with adept communication and writing skills in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with luxury brands.

·      Experience with PR & Communications in High Jewelry and Watches.
