The Head of Marketing and PR plays a key strategic role in leading and integrating marketing and communication initiatives across all concepts and entities.

This position ensures a unified brand message that strengthens our identity, builds brand equity, and reinforces our commitment to community, sustainability, and innovation. The role drives brand storytelling, media engagement, and public relations to ensure every concept reflects our shared ethos while achieving local market relevance and commercial impact

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HQ to implement and localize global social media strategies for all brands.
  • Manage local media and digital agencies to ensure performance and brand alignment.
  • Oversee daily social media operations across all concepts, ensuring content adheres to HQ guidelines.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, community feedback, and trends to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media tools and digital innovations to enhance audience engagement.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing calendars for all brands and entities.
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns aligned with global direction and local objectives.
  • Manage media bookings, placements, and schedules across multiple channels to ensure effective reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with HQ for content approval, artwork editing, and copy validation.
  • Analyse competitors' media activities and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact and are aligned with both brand and commercial goals.
  • Lead the PR strategy for all concepts, ensuring cohesive communication across entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, PR agencies, and influencers to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute press events, product launches, and collaborations that reflect the brand image and ethos.
  • Act as the main contact point for media and public communications in Thailand and support regional media efforts.
  • Oversee media coverage, public sentiment, and PR analytics to assess effectiveness and guide future planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Digital Teams to ensure unified messaging and execution across all brands.
  • Support store openings, campaigns, and seasonal launches through tailored PR and communication plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing and commercial priorities across entities.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between HQ and local markets, ensuring consistent updates and alignment.
  • Consolidate campaign and media performance reports for all brands and entities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Manage marketing and PR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI-driven execution.
  • Oversee agency management and evaluate performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership teams, summarizing key achievements, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Uphold Gill Capital's Ethos in all communication, ensuring integrity, responsibility, and courage are reflected in all brand actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, and PR, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
  • Strong experience managing multi-brand marketing and PR strategies across different entities.
  • Proven success in digital and social media management, agency coordination, and public relations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
