The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development to support DayOne's hiring across Thailand and selected global markets.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with strong exposure to critical technical hiring, market mapping, and global sourcing initiatives. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the Global Sourcing team to ensure a strong, sustainable top-of-funnel for priority roles.

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified talent for priority roles in Thailand and globally
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-hire and critical roles
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Engage passive candidates using tailored, high-quality outreach

Market Mapping & Talent Insights

• Conduct market mapping and competitor research for key roles and locations
• Support addressable talent market analysis and sourcing feasibility assessments
• Share local labour market insights, including availability, salary trends, and competitor activity
• Provide regular pipeline updates and sourcing insights to recruiters and TA leadership

Sourcing Channels & Tools

• Leverage a wide range of sourcing channels, including:

• LinkedIn and professional networks

• Job boards and niche platforms

• Referrals and talent communities

• Use ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools to track pipelines and activity accurately

• Support global sourcing initiatives and campaigns led by the central sourcing team

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align sourcing priorities and expectations
• Participate in intake discussions to understand role requirements and hiring urgency
• Act as a local sourcing subject-matter expert for the Thailand talent market

Process & Quality

• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience from first contact through handover
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in the ATS
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing practices and playbooks

Essential
Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Talent Sourcing Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience with proactive sourcing and Boolean search techniques
• Familiarity with Thai labour market and sourcing channels
• Comfortable engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines
• Strong communication skills in English (Thai language proficiency required)

Desirable

• Experience supporting technical, engineering, or operations hiring
• Exposure to regional or global sourcing initiatives
• Experience working with ATS / CRM systems
• Interest in labour market research and talent intelligence
