Position: Senior Talent Acquisition (Senior TA)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
  • Receiving job briefs from Hiring Managers
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating job offers and onboarding processes
  • Act as a recruitment consultant to Hiring Managers by providing insights on labor market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate qualifications.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, headhunters, and employee referrals.
  • Support and enhance employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, recruitment funnel performance).
  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to junior Talent Acquisition staff or recruiters.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for senior-level, specialist, or managerial positions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and proactive sourcing techniques (Active Sourcing).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging targets.
  • English or Chinese communication skills are preferred
