Position: Senior Talent Acquisition (Senior TA)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Receiving job briefs from Hiring Managers
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Coordinating job offers and onboarding processes
- Act as a recruitment consultant to Hiring Managers by providing insights on labor market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate qualifications.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, headhunters, and employee referrals.
- Support and enhance employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related activities.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, recruitment funnel performance).
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to junior Talent Acquisition staff or recruiters.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for senior-level, specialist, or managerial positions is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and proactive sourcing techniques (Active Sourcing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging targets.
- English or Chinese communication skills are preferred
