Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director to join our senior sales management team. This is a "do-it-all" role designed for a professional who is equally skilled at building a US-based broker network and personally closing high-value hotel residence investments and growing an internal team.

Based in Thailand, you will lead the charge in promoting our 4–5 star hotel residences specifically to the US market. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of sales agents focused on America, acting as our primary US Ambassador and ensuring that our high volume of US inbound leads are converted into sales through expert guidance and world-class closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Take full ownership of sales performance, ensuring revenue growth for our $190M+ hotel residence portfolio.
  • Agent & Broker Management: Proactively build, manage, and motivate a network of real estate agents and brokers in America to drive referral business.
  • Direct Closing: Act as the lead closer for US inbound leads, managing the relationship from first contact to final contract.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a specialized team of sales agents, of external sales agents and an internal team, fostering a collaborative and high-energy sales culture focused on the American market.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives and expand our footprint within the US.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in real estate sales in the American market, investment property, or hotel/hospitality asset sales.
  • US Market Fluency: Native or near-native understanding of the US investor mindset, communication style, and professional expectations.
  • The "Closer" Track Record: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and hit aggressive personal and team targets.
  • Thailand Market Experience: Experience in Thailand market experience would be an advantage. Deep understanding of Thailand's property market, foreign ownership laws, and ROI-driven buying behaviours.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of ROI structures, leaseback programs, buy-back schemes, and passive income models.
  • CRM Proficiency: Organized with a focus on technology and CRM systems to manage lead flow.
