Job Description
Assistant Director of Sales for Catering is responsible for driving sales and expanding the catering business by developing and managing relationships with clients. This role requires a focus on strategic planning, marketing, and executing effective sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business in the catering industry. The Sales Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality catering services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least three years experience in hotel sales - catering
  • Experience in luxury hotel brands
  • Revenue management experience
  • Ability to influence and persuade with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and analytical knowledge
