Key Responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Supplier Management

  2. Analyze warehouse costs and implement cost reduction initiatives

  3. Manage warehouse inbound and outbound capacity to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  4. Oversee damaged goods management, coordinate with purchasing for carton box procurement, and ensure timely carton box replacement
  5. Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs including:

-Inventory Accuracy

-Picking Accuracy

-Inbound Arrival-to-Stock Time

-eturn Order Inbound Timeliness

-SN Upload Completion and Accuracy

  • Analyze warehousing data, control inventory turnover, and improve operational efficiency

  • Logistics Supplier Management


• Analyze logistics costs and lead cost reduction projects


• Manage logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, POD (Proof of Delivery) return timeliness, and POD upload integrity rate


• Implement and monitor PO MOQ rules and improve FTL (Full Truck Load) order utilization

  1. Import and Product Certification Management


• Oversee import documentation, compliance, and product certification processes to ensure timely approvals and regulatory adherence

  1. Supplier Development


• Develop and evaluate new supplier resources to enhance overall SCM performance and competitiveness

  1. SCM Analysis and Reporting


• Prepare and present data-driven SCM analysis reports for management decision-making

  1. Team Management and Development


• Manage and coach SCM team members to improve their skills and efficiency


• Build and lead a high-performance supply chain team aligned with company objectives

  1. Other Duties


• Perform any other SCM-related tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Director

Qualification


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics management role


• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Chinese communication skills are preferred


• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics company management


• Proven ability to support the Supply Chain Director and drive high-performing team results


• Demonstrated service-minded attitude with a positive and professional work ethic


• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and data analytics


• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills


• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities


• Experienced in leading and managing teams of 5–10 members
