JuniorJob Description:
- Support daily monitoring of line-haul and shuttle performance, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
- Assist in cost tracking, budget updates, and preparation of operational reports for planning and decision-making
- Coordinate with operations and subcontractor teams on route updates, truck deployment, and issue resolution
- Lead and/or support productivity improvement projects focused on route efficiency, fleet utilization, and operational excellence
- Help maintain and update SOPs of line-haul, compliance records, and fraud detection logs
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or related fields (internship experience is a plus). Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes and systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external teams
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Job Description:
- Manage budget planning for own fleet operations
- Design route selection and scheduling plans
- Develop and maintain cost models
- Develop asset management process and logics
- Lead cost-saving and speed-improvement initiatives specific to own fleet
- Provide timely reports, dashboards, and insights to Management
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards in own fleet management
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, transport planning, cost modeling, or logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and performance improvement
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI or fleet management tools preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead medium to high-impact initiatives
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
