E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Develop overall operational and sales plans for the company across various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
2. Plan annual and monthly sales targets, as well as promotional campaigns and strategies to increase visibility.
3. Analyse store data (traffic, sales performance, inventory levels, reviews, etc.), propose optimization strategies, and track execution results.
4. Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
5. Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, branding updates, and customer service operations.
6. Research market trends and competitors' strategies to continuously improve store performance.
7. Lead the operations team to achieve sales targets and foster growth among team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields (preferred).
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing E-Commerce platforms, with team management experience being a plus.
3. Familiar with Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok platform policies, promotional tools, and backend operations.
4. Strong data analysis and marketing planning skills.
5. Clear logical thinking, strong execution, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Experience in gadgets, 3C products, E-Commerce agency operations, or cross-border business is an advantage.
7. Proficiency in Thai and Chinese (HSK5) is required.
