Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Sales team to provide administrative support to achieve annual Sales target

  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally

  2. Prepare sales documents such as quotations, contracts, invoices, and reports ensure timely follow-up

  3. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure order accuracy and delivery

  4. Maintain and update customer & sales performance and prepare regular sales reports base on data analysis

  5. Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities

  6. Complete other related tasks assigned by department heads

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  2. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (preferred)

  3. Language: English or Chinese

  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills & excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus

  6. High attention to detail and accuracy

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
