Facility Division Manager

Job Summary:
To oversee and ensure all facets of the RBSC and Polo Club Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping, Safety, and Security Departments' operation complies with the Club's policies, rules and regulations and comply with all legal requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To ensure performance by staff in all departments under the responsibility and ensure their compliance with the Club's policies, rules, and regulations.
- To inspect the Club's facilities and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
- To attend the House & Grounds Sub-Committee Meeting regularly and other Sub-Committee's meetings as required.
- To prepare agenda and necessary information for the House and Grounds Sub-Committee meeting regularly and for the other Sub-Committees' meetings as required on a comprehensive, accurate and timely basis.
- To present the Club and liaise with the external organizations or individual on matters of areas under your responsibility.
- To develop short, medium, long-term related to the Club's facility and equipment requirements.
- To oversee and coordinate building space allocation and layout.
- To act as Duty Manager on rotation assignment.
- To attend monthly manager's meeting and take assigned actions.
- To perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Grounds Management:
- To oversee and control the overall Grounds Department's operations to apply with the Club's direction.
- To oversee all the maintenance plans for horse path, sports fields to be ready for any practice and competitions.
- To control and maintain the golf course to be a perfect condition, beautiful, ready for practice and competition to comply with the plan.
- To oversee and control any relevant sections under Facility Division for preparing and organizing the venue for various events with the Club.
House Management:
- To oversee and control the overall House Departments' operations to comply with the Club's direction and direct to House Manager to monitor all Club's facilities are kept clean and well functioned at all times through regularly facility inspections.
- To oversee the outsourced services to ensure quality and efficiency.
- To oversee the overall House Departments' operations to ensure optimum productivity, quality of service, professionalism, and compliance to Club's policies/rules/regulations in the conduct of the Club's business.
Maintenance Management:
- To oversee and control the overall Maintenance Departments' operations to comply with the Club's direction.
- To oversee and direct to Maintenance to monitor all facets of the maintenance operation and services provision, ensuring quality as well as compliance with Club's policies, rules, regulations, recognized standards, and all legal requirements.
- To oversee the maintenance program; monitor maintenance problems, preventive maintenance plan, reviews maintenance plans, and specifications to ensure Departments/Divisions' requirements are met, monitor completed projects to control costs and ensure work is performed as specified.
- To oversee and maintenance all safety issues and practices and ensure proper training of all personnel including chemical handling, toxic substance handling, evacuation drills, safety inspection, emergency response plans, and actions to ensure compliance with safety codes and legal requirements.
- To oversee the plans or assists in the implementation of systems and facility modifications and improvements.
- Budgets and forecast POA for all departments under his purview.
- Responsible for Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Safety officer – management of risk and safety of the division and prepare life and safety control programs and procedures.
- Project Manager participating in Evaluation Committees and working groups.
Security Management:
- To oversee and control the overall Security Departments' operations to comply with the Club's direction.
- To oversee and direct to Security to monitor all facets of the security operation and services provision, ensuring quality as well as compliance with Club's policies, rules, regulations, recognized standards, and all legal requirements.
- To oversee the security program; monitor maintenance problems, safety plans, reviews of security plans, and CCTV projects, and specifications to ensure Departments/Divisions' requirements are met, monitor completed projects to control costs and ensure work is performed as specified.
- To oversee and maintenance all safety issues and practices and ensure proper training of all personnel including chemical handling, toxic substance handling, evacuation drills, safety inspection, emergency response plans, and actions to ensure compliance with safety codes and legal requirements.
- To oversee the plans or assists in the implementation of systems and facility modifications and improvements.
- CCTV and control rooms management.
- Responsible to oversea the outsourcing security companies engaged by the clubs.
- Drafts security plans, liaise with government departments as required
Finance Management:
- To prepare Facility Division's budget: manages and controls division's expenditures within the agreed budget.
Human Resources:
- To ensure annual staff assessments are performed on a timely basis.
- To manage, supervise, and develop the Club staff potential.
- To create staff motivation.
Education and Experience:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field are preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years working experienced in various industry.
- Work Experience in Building/Facility management (all in one infrastructure facilities), Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (M&E), Project Management, Security Management, Manage the physical security management (Access Control, Emergency Light, Fire Alarm System, CCTV), Space Allocates Project (Negotiation with Vendor, Landlord, Tenant, and Supplier) etc.
- People management (leading/coaching), Finance/Budget (CAPEX and OPEX) - Sustainable solutions. (solar project)
- Strong leadership, service-oriented, effective communication in all levels, solving problems skills and hands-on operations.
