Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business Data Management: Organize, analyze, and summarize credit-related metrics; conduct in-depth analysis of cash flow data such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and foreign exchange transactions; identify and monitor key indicators.
  2. Data Analysis Framework & Dashboard Development: Provide analysis frameworks aligned with business needs and drive the development and iteration of overall dashboards.
  3. Build and optimize cash forecasting models to improve the accuracy of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  4. Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and potential risks in fund operations, and provide data-driven recommendations for action.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in internet finance, financial business analysis, or risk analysis; familiar with internet finance business models and the industry.
  3. Able to communicate in English or Chinese at an intermediate to proficient level.
  4. Proficient in Excel, BI, and other data analysis tools; able to independently break down complex business problems and perform root cause analysis.
  5. Strong research and planning skills; able to deliver data-driven execution plans and analytical reports with actionable insights.
  6. Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills; experience collaborating with business teams to drive project implementation.
  7. Goal-oriented with strong self-motivation, independent thinking, and summarization abilities.
