Position Overview

We are seeking a
hands-on and results-driven Store Manager
to lead Karofi's retail operations across multiple stores in Thailand.

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing strong store teams to deliver the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in
setting up new stores
,
building operations from the ground up
, and a proven track record in
home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG retail management
.

You will play a key role in expanding Karofi's footprint in Thailand — one of the brand's most strategic growth markets in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations & Performance

  • Supervise daily operations of all stores within the assigned area to achieve sales, profit, and service targets.
  • Monitor store KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement action plans to maximize conversion and profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with retail standards, merchandising guidelines, and brand presentation.

2. Store Setup & Expansion

  • Take a hands-on role in store setup and launch activities — from location preparation to merchandising and staff onboarding.
  • Identify new retail opportunities and coordinate with HQ on layout, branding, and POSM implementation.
  • Support expansion plans and ensure each new store meets brand standards and sales readiness.

3. People Leadership & Training

  • Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers, Supervisors, and Promoters.
  • Conduct performance reviews, implement incentive programs, and foster a customer-centric, results-oriented culture.
  • Ensure consistent sales execution and service quality across all stores.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare area sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis for HQ.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment and stock availability.
  • Represent Karofi Thailand and uphold the brand's retail excellence standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of retail operations experience, including at least 2 years managing multiple stores.
  • Hands-on experience in new store setup or retail rollout is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and leading field teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with cross-border teams.
