Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage the store's full P&L, including sales revenue, cost control and profitability performance.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and average transaction value to maximize sales performance.
  • Ensure proper stock management
  • Supervise visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain a premium brand image.
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Control store expenses, cash handling, and adherence to company accounting procedures.
  • Coordinate with head office for marketing campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, margin, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an field.y
  • 3+ years of experience in retail business; experience in store P&L management is an advantage.
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with hands-on working style.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of visual merchandising, retail operations, and sales analysis.
