Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities for assigned products and services, both domestic and international, to meet departmental requirements efficiently and effectively.
  • Source and develop new potential suppliers with strong capabilities to ensure competitiveness and reliability.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage the procurement of by-products or recyclable materials (e.g., rice husk ash) for maximum benefit to the company.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and price movements of key materials, and propose proactive strategies to reduce cost and manage price risks.
  • Participate in the improvement and development of procurement systems, workflows, analytics, and planning processes, as well as set effective performance targets (KPIs).
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, including ISO, FSSC, HACCP, GHP, and 5S standards.
  • Report any issues, abnormalities, or non-conformities related to the quality or food safety management system promptly to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, age not over 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet research.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, with the ability to manage end-to-end operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Good personality, positive attitude, leadership qualities, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible, honest, and equipped with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
