R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:
Research and develop new automation machines or systems according to customer requirements and market trends.
Design mechanical, electrical, and control systems for automated machinery.
Create 3D/2D drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other related software.
Build, test, and modify prototypes to ensure functionality before mass production.
Collaborate with the technician and production departments to transfer designs and solve technical issues.
Analyze and improve existing machines for better performance, reliability, and safety.
Prepare technical documents such as machine manuals, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
Coordinate with sales and after-sales service teams to provide technical support.
Research and apply new technologies to enhance product design and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in designing automation machinery, jigs & fixtures, or conveyor systems is an advantage.
Proficient in 2D/3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Basic knowledge of control systems (PLC, Pneumatics, Sensors).
Creative, analytical, and eager to learn new technologies.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
English proficiency for technical communication is an advantage.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with prototype building or machine assembly.
Familiarity with PLC programming or basic embedded control (Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
Understanding of production processes or industrial standards.
Working Place : Nong Chok, Min Buri, Bangkok
