Responsibilities:

Responsible for MRO-Maintenance Repair and Operation, Project Procurement, Machinery, Spare Part and Service Purchase.

A. Procurement Operations & Process Optimization

  • Develop and follow work process to speed up PR to PO process while supporting company requirements.
  • Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders in accordance with procurement policy and procedure and in a timely manner according to the PR priorities.
  • Contracts Management.

B: Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Identify bidder list, develop new suppliers, lead bidding and negotiation on any purchase requisition regarding equipment, spare parts, and services with support from all departments.
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers while encouraging fair competition.
  • Develop or follow purchasing strategy in conjunction with key users on supplier portfolio management to ensure effective purchasing methodology and cost efficiency.

C: Technical Procurement Support

  • Support procurement of Projects, Machinery, Electrical, Mechanical, Spare Parts, and Service works used in the plant.

D: Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Monitor timely delivery of goods and services to meet requirements.
  • Support logistics processes with export and import of spare parts

E: Compliance & Safety

  • Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations related to occupational health, safety, and environment, and support company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education Level:  Bachelor's degree or high vocational school with 5 years experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.

· Education Program: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Language Requirements: English
