About the role:

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team at THE URBAN OFFICE in Vadhana, Bangkok. This is a full-time position responsible for working with the rest of the team to play a key role in delivering exceptional, professional, and friendly service to clients, visitors, and prospective clients.

The Client Service Specialist is an extension of our clients business to ensure that clients are able to focus on running their business, while The Urban Office team manage their day to day office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact to greet visitors, new and existing customers; therefore must provide excellent first impression and customer service

  • Responsible for the daily running of the business center by providing services such as: Administrative tasks; delivering client mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies procurement. Ensure high presentation standards of business center include offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas Contributes to the overall revenue of the center by identifying opportunities to promote The Urban Office products and services

  • Managing switchboards; handling calls of various internal /external clients.

  • Managing meeting room booking system
  • Preparing offices for move-in/ move-outs
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues, and Setup
  • Resetting Meeting Rooms to accommodate bookings
  • Duties may vary depending on center needs

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
  • Effective and professional communication skills in both Thai and English (written and oral)
  • Solid organizational skills, excellent in prioritizing and multi-tasking in a demanding environment
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further programmer to assist in the day to day center operations
  • Experienced in operating various office equipment
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service , Administrative Assistant , Hospitality Management
