Maintenance Engineer will manage and prioritizes preventive maintenance and repair activities of all the equipment and utilities to make sure that all the equipment is running at the optimum efficiency. He will supervise engineer /Technicians, assigns work, provide technical training and safety training. Ensure the health and safety rule are in place and strong workplace safety culture is established.

Duties:

1. Ensures Customer product is properly received through monitoring movement and storage of unprocessed and processed product in a manner to permit accurate tracking and eliminate product damage

2. Ensures Customer product is processed according to specified procedure by maintaining machines and equipment for proper operation and minimized downtime and deviations; perform minor repairs when needed until maintenance is required for more complex repairs

3. Ensures a safe, clean and secure working environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations; monitors all production on a regular basis

4. Supervising all the production work of the staff to ensure that the productions run smoothly and effectively

5. Implement and enforce the work instruction to meet quality objectives

6. Supervising / training and control subordinator to follow up company regulation, disciplinary

7. Monitor and control the production and services to ensure that the plants are running at the optimum efficiency

8. Control the processes of product irradiation in order to conform the working instruction

9. Ensure the health and safety rule are in place and strong workplace safety culture is established
