Responsibilities:

·       Establish policies for the preventive maintenance, equipment and machinery, also training and supervising users.

·       Plan and implement maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure efficiency and long-term durability.

·       Manage the engineering and maintenance teams to enhance efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.

·       Develop and improve maintenance processes to enhance service efficiency and speed.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements or resolve issues related to machinery and equipment.

·       Oversee maintenance plans to ensure adherence and report progress to supervisors.

·       Optimize energy usage in accordance with energy conservation guidelines and regularly inspect machinery and energy-consuming equipment for efficiency.

·       Ensure energy management compliance with ministerial regulations on energy standards and control measures in regulated factories and buildings.

·       Train and educate employees or subordinates on new technologies and processes for application and continuous improvement.

·       Summarize preventive maintenance issues, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures to supervisors.

·       Manage and control the maintenance and preventive maintenance budget.

·       Conduct safety inspections within the department according to company standards and strictly enforce compliance.

·       Compile and summarize operational performance data, preparing reports for supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

·       Strong work ethic, leadership skills, ability to work well with others, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Proficiency in risk management, innovation, and the ability to effectively resolve complex technical issues.

·       Completion of at least a Senior Energy Manager (ผอส.) or General Energy Manager (ผชร.) training course.

·       Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in maintenance, with knowledge of PLC systems.

·       At least 4 years of management experience, including overseeing subordinates.
