Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries via chat across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate understands online marketplace operations, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat
  • Provide product information, order status updates, and after-sales support
  • Handle customer issues including complaints, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Manage customer interactions across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow service standards, response time targets, and quality guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or chat support (e-commerce background preferred)
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient, service-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Able to multitask and manage high chat volumes
  • Hardworking, responsible, and reliable
  • Willing and able to work 6 days per week
