Our client is Japanese Advertising business, which URGENTLY is looking for a qualified candidate as below information.

Job responsibilities

Advertising Operations (Google / Meta)

  • Manage and operate Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Propose and implement optimization and improvement measures
  • Handle ad setup, submission, and campaign structure design
  • Adjust budgets and optimize performance based on results

Client Communication (Existing Clients)

  • Regular meetings with clients
  • Analyze current performance and present improvement proposals
  • Handle day-to-day communication via phone and email

Creative Proposal & Coordination

  • Propose monthly ad creatives produced by in-house creators to clients
  • Coordinate feedback, revisions, and production schedules
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the internal creative team

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, including: Performance analysis/Optimization and improvement proposals/Ad setup and submission/Campaign structure design/Budget management and adjustment
  • Experience using GTM (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics, or Looker Studio
  • Strong client communication skills with experience in regular reporting and proposals
  • English: Business

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience managing ads on platforms such as LINE and TikTok
  • Experience in sales and proposal development for clients

Additional Information

Salary: Depends on working experience & skills

Benefits: Bonus, Insurance, and Provident Fund

Working days: (8:00 AM - 17:00 PM) Monday – Friday
