Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer insights and product USPs into compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create engaging banners, videos, and other digital assets using tools like Canva and video editing software, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., branding, product, marketing, compliance, sales) to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign goals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables with agility, ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Stay update, monitor and adapt to marketing trends and social media dynamics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance of creative assets (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPL) and continuously optimize based on data.
  • Work with analytics or media teams to understand what creatives drive better lead quality and volume.
  • Own and manage a content calendar for lead generation campaigns across channels.
  • Ensure timely rollout of creatives aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, or business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (preferred).
