•Responsible for developing performance reports and management presentations as required, ensuring completion within defined timelines.


•Work closely with internal teams and cross-functional teams to align and synchronize campaign planning, including organizing weekly and monthly coordination meetings.


•Responsible for internal digital advertising bidding, including planning, execution, and daily optimization of budget, audience targeting, and creative assets (A/B testing) to maximize KPIs.


•Manage operational tasks related to digital advertising platforms, such as workflow submissions, broadcast content management and scheduling, reporting, and promotional gift stock tracking.


•Plan and execute monthly email communications and notifications to share updates, new initiatives, and campaign information, including educational materials, with a minimum of two campaigns per month.


•Create content to support educational initiatives, including organizing 1–2 events per month and producing advertising copy (approximately 50 pieces per month).


•Monitor and manage offline events (minimum 1 event per month), such as training sessions, workshops, or bootcamps, and online events (minimum 1 event per month). Prepare post-event summaries, including attendee feedback and inquiries from both online and offline activities, within one day after each event concludes.


•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., call centers or service partners) to follow up on cases, provide updates through owned communication channels (email, official messaging accounts), and ensure case closure within the same working day.
