Responsibilities


• Perform day-to-day network operation service, incident, problem, request and change management.


• Design, Install and troubleshoot for hardware, software and application for Data Center and Cloud Technology.


• Maintain, optimize and resolve network infrastructure to meet SLA.


• Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability.


• Prepare monthly report as requested.


• Install and configure basic operating systems.


• Communicate with customers through various channels promptly and escalate to Tier 2-3 per procedure.


• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to solve issues.


• Greet and document customers who visit the Data Center per security procedures.


• Keep up to date with all ISO procedures to handle situations and incidents.


• Other adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.

Qualifications


•     Experience on network infrastructure support and ticketing system for at least 2 years.


•     Experience on configuration network related such as VLAN, BGP, Firewall L7.


•     Experience on VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR, Routing Protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP) is a plus.


•     Experience in Network Management Tool (PRTG, Cacti, Zabbix).


•     Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box, Openstack) is an advantage.


•     Ability to stay calm and communicate professionally when customers are upset.


•     Experience Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS is an advantage.


•     Willing to self-study for network knowledge and learn new knowledge from team.


•     Having CCNA, CCNP and English proficiency is an advantage.


•     Able to work in day/night shifts.
