Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic insights and advice to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Advise managers and employees on performance improvement and career advancement.
- Prepare HR reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis, for presentation to executives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in corporate HR, with involvement in regional or international HR projects or processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
