Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee multifaceted projects from initiation through completion (work plan, schedule, scope, deliverables, and milestones).
  • Define and analyze requirements with the project sponsor / customer.
  • Track and monitor all project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Prepare & update project documentation presentation include project charter, project status, progress update, key issues and recommendations on a regular basis and / or upon request to the management.
  • Responsible for development and communication of project status dashboards and metrics
  • Engage with functional and department leaders including team members in all phases of the projects
  • Work with team members and sponsors to successfully deliver projects (to meet committed quality, time and cost).
  • Integrates project governance and project management methodologies across direct and matrix project teams.
  • Develop best practices, techniques and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking, communication and key performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement tools required to optimize the process.
  • Manage and perform various regular and Adhoc reporting.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team to meet timeline.
  • Manage / perform various regular and Ad Hoc reporting / tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi - tasking skills
  • Team-player, with ability and willingness to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
