Creative Social Group Head (Base:Copy)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Creative / Social Content

Reports to: Creative Director


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development and copywriting for always-on social content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Supervise and mentor a team of junior and mid-level copywriters to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency
  • Collaborate with art directors, strategists, and account teams to develop impactful campaigns that align with brand objectives
  • Take ownership of creative pitches — from conceptualization to presentation — helping the agency win new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and creative growth opportunities
  • Craft compelling content in multiple tones and formats — from punchy social captions to long-form storytelling
  • Stay up to date with social trends, pop culture, and emerging platforms to keep brand content relevant and engaging
  • Oversee creative deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines, brand voice, and campaign KPIs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns and always-on content
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team
  • Excellent command of English and Thai (bilingual writing skills are a plus)
  • Confident presenter with strong client-facing and pitching experience
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior
  • A collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude — with a passion for storytelling and creative problem-solving
