Activation Planning Manager – User Operations

1. Activation & User Operation Planning
- Translate communication and media strategies into detailed activation and operational plans.
- Design user flow, mechanics, touchpoints, and operational processes across platforms (online & offline).
- Ensure activation plans are realistic, scalable, and executable within operational constraints.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between Strategy, Media, Creative, Tech, Data, and Vendors.
- Align internal teams on timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements.
- Manage dependencies to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
3. Execution & Campaign Operations
- Oversee day-to-day activation operations during campaign rollout.
- Monitor execution accuracy across channels (digital platforms, CRM, on-ground activation, commerce, etc.)
- Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation plans.
4. User Experience & Journey Optimization
- Ensure seamless user experience across all activation touchpoints.
- Monitor user behavior and operational feedback to improve activation flow and conversion.
- Work closely with data and tech teams to optimize activation mechanics.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track activation KPIs such as engagement, conversion, participation rate, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Support post-campaign analysis and learning documentation.
6. Vendor & Platform Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, platforms, and partners involved in activation delivery.
- Ensure operational standards, timelines, and quality control are met.
- Support cost control and operational efficiency where applicable.
7. Process & Capability Improvement
- Improve activation planning templates, workflows, and operational playbooks.
- Support the development of scalable user operation models for future campaigns.
- Share best practices and operational learnings within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in activation planning, operations, or campaign execution within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
- Strong understanding of user journey, activation mechanics, and execution workflows.
- Experience working with digital platforms, CRM, data tools, or campaign management systems.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
