Develop and manage strong relationships with key Food Chain and restaurant accounts to achieve sales targets.

Plan and execute sales and trade marketing activities, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and in-store visibility in line with the trade plan.

Monitor customer spending, sales performance, and promotion effectiveness to ensure alignment with business goals.

Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and availability in the market.

Drive new store openings and expand customer portfolio within the Food Chain and Traditional Trade (TT) channels.

Prepare sales reports, business updates, and present to management.

Introduce and implement effective tools and working methods to maximize efficiency and performance.

QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in any field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Development, or Trade Marketing.

Proven track record of managing Food Chain / Food Service / Restaurant accounts is an advantage.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency (intermediate level or above) is required for some accounts.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of achieving both sales retention and new account development.
