  • Plan acquisition strategy and monitor acquisition performance of Central The 1 Credit Card and other related product according to achieve business target.
  • Support sales to drive acquisition performance by create incentive scheme, motivation campaign, and initiate new acquisition models.
  • Analyzing and executing in initiative and strategic planning including Central The 1 Credit Card, Central The 1 First Choice and Insurance products to achieve target.
  • Assist Head of Acquisition & Sales to create acquisition sales strategic plan and allocating budget (sales target, expense, cost, manpower) in order to ensure alignment with business strategies and company direction.
  • Assist Head of Acquisition & Sales to expand more potential customers by creating incentive scheme and motivation program for all service and sales team in Central group/BUs to motivate them to offer Central credit card, Central The 1 Frist Choice and related product.
  • Monitoring and improving sales team performance by analysis and create new initiative model.
  • Summarize ad-hoc and monthly performance report to Acquisition Leader & MD to present management team & Partner.
  • Optimize & control budget usage and resources to achieve target with acceptable cost.
  • Strengthen the relationship with business partners to ensure smooth cooperation, positive feedback towards team and company.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales or sales strategy or credit card business, Consumer Finance or Banking
  • Computer skill both excel (advance), MS word and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership Ability and adaptable to change
  • Willing to work under pressure

Work Location: KSPO Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
