Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of promotional activities.
  • Ensure sale construction and analysis tools for doing action upweight plan to deliver % achievement of media.
  • Ensure achievement of sale, promotion plan, category key campaign and related activities to align with corporate trade plan.
  • Alignment and cross functional with trade merchandise by review and well-prepared in sign-off meeting.
  • Collaborate all strategy plan between functional include promotion, media, coupon, event and ensure HL, HOL and SL trade is delivered right for the customers.
  • Participate in making decision on the CRM platform structure to ensure effective work and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Monitor and examine analyzing customer touch points and data base, and market research, to align with targeted marketing activities, and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Promotion, or CRM, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing promotional budgets and timelines.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or data analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Good in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
